Licht sensitieve wandelingen
Titia Ex verkent de cycli van dag en nacht in onze leefomgeving via lichtgevoelige wandelingen. Ze start met daglicht en leidt groepen door de stedelijke omgeving tot aan de avond. Tijdens deze wandelingen onderzoekt, ervaart, en overdenkt de groep de publieke ruimte vanuit diverse perspectieven. Hiermee ontstaat een vernieuwde relatie met de omgeving, waarbij de cruciale verbinding tussen de dag-nachtcyclus en het welzijn in ons dagelijks leven centraal staat.

Light-sensitive walks
Titia Ex explores the cycles of day and night in our living environment through light-sensitive walks. She starts with daylight and leads groups through the urban environment until evening. During these walks, the group examines, experiences, and reflects on public space from various perspectives. This creates a renewed relationship with the environment, focusing on the crucial connection between the day-night cycle and well-being in our daily lives.
